I’m a mum of two energetic boys who are at the heart of everything I do, and a big part of why I’ve pushed myself to grow and build something more. With a 12-year career in the NHS supporting people through some of their most vulnerable times, I now bring that experience into my work as a Leadership and Life ICF-accredited coach, helping mums see that motherhood and ambition can co-exist.
Helping people has always been at the core of who I am, and I feel strongly about supporting women to grow and thrive in the workplace.
I’ve been in that place of feeling pulled in every direction, trying to keep everything going while quietly wondering “what if there's more?” That’s why I don’t believe in adding more pressure, I focus on helping you find a way forward that actually works with your life.

All times are in GMT. I’ve kept a mix of daytime and evening slots to fit around busy mum life.
Due to the nature of this program and the time and support provided, refunds are not offered once your place is secured.

Once you join, you’ll receive all the details to access the Evoke & Lead membership. Your free month will be set up for you, so you can step straight in and start using it.
I completely understand that life with kids can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time that works.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be able to be rearranged.
Sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from home. They’re relaxed, supportive, and focused on you, giving you space to think, reflect, and move forward with clear direction.
You’ll receive the workbook before we begin, so you can start reflecting on where you are now and where you want to be.
As an ICF-trained coach, my sessions are client-led. We’ll explore what feels right for you, at your pace, with guidance and support throughout.
To get the most from your session, I ask that you join from a quiet space where you can focus without interruptions, so this time is fully yours.
