ABOUT

Coach. Leader. Mother.

HELLO LOVELY!

I'm Caitlin

A few words about me...

I'm a mum of two energy-filled boys, which means my house is loud, busy and rarely calm. I know what it's like to carry the mental load, juggle a hundred decisions a day and wonder where you fit into it all. Alongside motherhood, I've spent the last 12 years supporting women and families through my NHS career, listening to their stories and helping them navigate life's most challenging moments.

Over the years, I've realised something. Too many women know what to do but don't believe they can do it. They don't need another expert telling them what the next step should be. They need the space to hear their own voice again.

That's why I created Evoke & Lead. I don't believe women need fixing or pushing harder. I believe they need the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, challenge the thoughts that have been getting the final say and build the confidence to lead their own life. Because success isn't just about having the right strategy. It's about the woman carrying it.

How I work

Whether we're working together 1:1 or inside the community, my approach is always the same. Real change happens when you feel seen, heard and supported, not squeezed into someone else's process.

As an ICF trained, trauma informed coach and Chartered Manager, I combine evidence-based coaching with practical leadership tools to help you understand yourself more deeply, challenge the thoughts that are holding you back and make decisions with greater confidence.

My role isn't to tell you what your life should look like. It's to ask the questions that help you uncover what's right for you. You'll find honest conversations, practical tools and support that's grounded in real life, because growth shouldn't feel overwhelming or out of reach. It should feel like something you can carry into your everyday life, one decision at a time.

Client Stories

Caitlin has been an integral part of my journey as I navigate some very difficult questions in my life. Her guidance has made a profound difference, asking just the right questions to help me see my situation from a new perspective. I am deeply grateful for the time, wisdom, and energy she has dedicated to supporting me. Caitlin is gentle, intentional, and authentic, allowing me to feel truly seen and understood. Caitlin helped me navigate my emotions and realise what was holding me back, not only professionally but personally. It amazes me how great Caitlin is at navigating the conversation without even saying very much. She’s amazing at reflecting the points I made and questioning me further so I could make the realisations on my own. I still have lots to work on, but I know that Caitlin will always be able to help me navigate this crazy juggle of life, business and motherhood!

- Emily Flint

Before sessions with Caitlin, I was struggling with trusting others especially when it can to receiving support regarding childcare so that I could take time for myself and to launch my business. I found it hard to put down the steering wheel and let go of control..Caitlin is such a safe space holder. She really listens to what I have to say and helps me find my own answers and pathways. She doesn’t try to fix me but instead helps me see my own potential and possibilities.

I would 100% recommend Caitlin as a coach. She has such grounded approach and a huge passion and heart for her clients.
