This policy works with our Terms of Website Use and applies whenever you use www.evokeandlead.com or an interactive space we provide or manage, including forms, portals, course areas, group programmes, community spaces, chats and comments.

By using those services, you agree to follow this policy. If a third-party platform has its own rules, you must follow those too.

1. Who we are and who may use interactive spaces

1.1 The services covered by this policy are operated or managed by Evoke & Lead Coaching Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16494380. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF.

1.2 Our registered coaching, programme and community spaces are intended for adults aged 18 or over unless we expressly state otherwise. You must not create an account for someone else or allow a child to use your account.

1.3 You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping log-in details, private links and meeting information secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Lawful and responsible use

2.1 You must use our site and interactive services only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the safety, privacy and rights of others.

2.2 You must not use them for or in connection with:

·      fraud, deception, impersonation, scams or other unlawful activity;

·      conduct that breaches any applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual duty or duty of confidence;

·      activity that causes, facilitates or encourages harm, exploitation or abuse, including harm to a child;

·      unsolicited advertising, bulk messages, pyramid schemes, recruitment or selling to other participants without our written permission;

·      harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, bullying or deliberate disruption;

·      collecting, scraping or using another person’s information without a lawful basis or permission;

·      copying, sharing, selling or commercially exploiting our site, programmes or materials in breach of the applicable terms; or

·      circumventing access controls, sharing accounts or attempting to obtain content you have not purchased or been authorised to access.

3. Technical misuse

3.1 You must not knowingly introduce or transmit viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, malicious code or other technologically harmful material.

3.2 You must not attempt unauthorised access to our site, software, accounts, servers, databases or connected systems, or interfere with another person’s use of them.

3.3 You must not attack our services through a denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack or similar method, probe security without permission, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the services.

3.4 Technical misuse may be a criminal offence. We may report suspected offences and cooperate with a lawful investigation, including by disclosing relevant identifying information where legally required or permitted.

4. Contributing and interacting

4.1 When you submit information, post content, join a discussion or interact with another user, your contribution must be accurate where it states facts, genuinely held where it states an opinion, relevant to the purpose of the space and respectful of other people.

4.2 A contribution must not:

·      be defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or deliberately inflammatory;

·      promote violence, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, terrorism, exploitation, criminal activity or unsafe conduct;

·      infringe copyright, trade marks, database rights, privacy, confidentiality or any other person’s rights;

·      identify or share information about another participant without their permission;

·      deceive, impersonate or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, experience or connection with another person or with Evoke & Lead;

·      contain malware, hidden tracking, unauthorised advertising, affiliate links or promotional material; or

·      give the impression that it comes from or is endorsed by Evoke & Lead when it does not.

4.3 Interactive spaces are for support, learning and appropriate discussion. They are not a crisis service, clinical forum or place to provide unqualified medical, psychological, legal or financial advice to another participant.

5. Privacy and confidentiality in groups

5.1 You must respect the privacy of other participants. Do not repeat, screenshot, record, download or share another person’s name, story, image, voice, messages or contributions outside the relevant space without their express permission.

5.2 You control what you choose to contribute, but no online or group environment can be guaranteed completely confidential. Think carefully before sharing sensitive information and use private channels where we direct you to do so.

5.3 If you become aware of a serious risk of harm, illegal content or a safeguarding concern, report it promptly rather than attempting to manage it alone. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

6. Ownership and permission to use contributions

6.1 You retain ownership of content you create and submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that doing so complies with this policy.

6.2 You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your contribution only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and secure the relevant service, provide the programme and comply with legal obligations. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for secure backups, legal records and material that must reasonably be retained.

6.3 We will not use a private contribution as a public testimonial or marketing material without obtaining separate permission from you.

7. Moderation

7.1 We may moderate interactive services ourselves or through a platform provider. We may review content, respond to reports and remove, restrict or retain content where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, preserve evidence or comply with law.

7.2 Moderation may not be continuous or immediate. The presence of content does not mean that we endorse it, and we cannot guarantee that every contribution will be reviewed before another user sees it.

7.3 Where reasonably possible, we will explain significant moderation action and provide a way to raise a concern. We may act without advance notice where necessary for safety, security, evidence preservation or legal compliance.

8. Breaches of this policy

8.1 If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may take proportionate action, including issuing a warning, removing content, restricting a feature, suspending or terminating access, ending participation under the applicable service terms, preserving evidence, or reporting the matter to a platform provider or public authority.

8.2 Where an issue can safely and reasonably be corrected, we may give you an opportunity to do so. Serious, repeated, illegal or safety-related breaches may result in immediate action.

8.3 Any payment or refund consequences will be handled under the terms governing the relevant purchase and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights.

8.4 You may be responsible for foreseeable loss caused by your breach where the law permits. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Reporting concerns and complaints

9.1 Report content, conduct, security concerns or suspected unauthorised access to [email protected]. Include enough information for us to identify and assess the issue, but do not circulate harmful material unnecessarily.

9.2 If your concern relates to an immediate risk of harm or suspected crime, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority. Reporting something to us is not a substitute for emergency assistance.

9.3 We will handle personal information connected with a report in accordance with our Privacy Notice and may limit what we can tell you about action involving another person.

10. Changes to this policy

10.1 We may revise this policy by updating the version published on our site or relevant platform. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated where appropriate and will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
