This notice explains how you may use copyright material owned by or licensed to Evoke & Lead Coaching Ltd. It should be read with our Terms of Website Use and any terms governing a product, programme, service or event you purchase.

1. Our copyright material

1.1 We are the owner or authorised licensee of copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and in original material we publish or provide, to the extent those rights are protected by law.

1.2 Protected material may include website copy, articles, newsletters, workbooks, guides, worksheets, exercises, coaching frameworks, course content, downloads, presentations, graphics, photographs, illustrations, audio, video, recordings, page layouts and the selection or arrangement of content.

1.3 Copyright protects the expression of original work rather than general facts, information, methods or ideas on their own. Nothing in this notice claims rights that the law does not provide.

1.4 Material identified as belonging to a third party remains the property of that owner and may be subject to separate licence terms. Our permission does not extend to third-party material unless we expressly say so.

2. Permission for personal use

2.1 We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to view our public website in a web browser, store ordinary browser-cache copies and print or download reasonable extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 If you purchase or receive a workbook, course, programme or other resource, you may use it personally for the purpose and access period stated in the applicable purchase terms. Purchase gives you permission to use the material; it does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

2.3 You must keep copyright notices, ownership statements and acknowledgements intact. You must not remove branding or present our material as your own.

3. Uses requiring written permission

3.1 Except where the law permits otherwise or we give prior written permission, you must not reproduce the whole or a substantial part of our material in any format, including on another website, platform, course, membership, presentation, publication or artificial-intelligence training dataset.

3.2 You must not:

·      adapt, edit, translate, transform or create a derivative commercial resource from our material;

·      publish, republish, upload, distribute, redistribute, broadcast, rebroadcast, display or perform it in public;

·      share paid downloads, private links, log-in details, recordings or member-only content with another person;

·      sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercially exploit it;

·      use our workbooks, exercises or frameworks to deliver coaching, teaching, training, workshops or services to others;

·      copy the design, structure or look and feel of our website or products; or

·      use our name, branding or material in a way that suggests an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist.

3.3 Permission for one use does not automatically permit another use. Requests should identify the material, proposed use, format, audience, duration and whether the use is commercial.

4. Legal exceptions

4.1 Nothing in this notice prevents a use permitted by copyright law that cannot lawfully be restricted, including an applicable fair-dealing exception. Whether an exception applies depends on the circumstances, the amount used, the purpose and any required acknowledgement.

4.2 A short quotation for genuine criticism, review or another permitted purpose may be lawful where the dealing is fair and a sufficient acknowledgement is given. Describing something as educational, non-profit or credited does not automatically make copying lawful.

5. User-created material

5.1 You retain ownership of original content you create and submit to us. Any limited permission you give us to host, store or use that material is governed by the relevant service terms, Acceptable Use Policy, consent wording or separate agreement.

5.2 We will not use a private submission, coaching contribution or testimonial for public marketing without the permission required for that use.

6. If this notice is breached

6.1 If you copy, download, share or use material in breach of this notice or the applicable licence, your permission to use the affected material may end immediately. We may require you to stop the use and return, permanently delete or destroy unauthorised copies.

6.2 We take infringement seriously. Depending on the circumstances, we may send a takedown request, suspend relevant access, seek an undertaking, claim financial compensation, apply for an injunction or pursue another remedy available by law, including recovery of legal costs where a court orders it.

6.3 Before taking action, we may preserve evidence of suspected infringement. Nothing in this section guarantees that a particular remedy will be available; remedies are determined by the applicable law and, where necessary, the court.

7. Reporting infringement

7.1 If you believe our copyright material has been used without permission, email [email protected] with the location of the material, the use you are concerned about and any evidence reasonably available to you.

7.2 If you believe material on our services infringes your rights, send the same address enough information to identify the protected work, the disputed material and your connection to the rights. We may request further information before acting.
