START WITH YOU

Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you book a place at the Start With You in-person workshop. Please read them before booking because they explain when your booking becomes binding, your cancellation options and what happens if the event changes or cannot go ahead.

1. About us and these terms

1.1 Start With You (the Event) is organised by Evoke & Lead Coaching Ltd (we, us or our), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16494380. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. You can contact us at [email protected].

1.2 These Event Terms govern the purchase and use of a Start With You ticket. The Event description and practical details shown on the sales or booking page when you book, together with your booking confirmation, also form part of the contract.

1.3 Our general Terms of Business may be available on our website, but these Event Terms contain the specific rules for your ticket. If there is an inconsistency, these Event Terms take priority in relation to the Event.

1.4 The Event is intended for attendees aged 18 or over and tickets are sold to consumers for personal attendance.

2. The Event and what your ticket includes

2.1 The Event date, start and finish times, venue address and ticket price are stated on the booking page and in your booking confirmation. Please check those details carefully before paying and again when you receive confirmation.

2.2 Unless the booking page says otherwise, your ticket includes admission to the Start With You workshop, a printed workshop workbook, and the refreshments described on the booking page.

2.3 We may make reasonable minor changes to the running order, timings, materials, activities or facilitator where the change does not materially reduce the Event you purchased.

3. Booking and the contract

3.1 Submitting a booking and making payment is an offer to purchase a place. Your place is not confirmed and no contract is formed until we send you a booking confirmation by email.

3.2 Please contact us promptly if your confirmation contains an error. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your inbox, including spam or junk folders, for Event communications.

3.3 We may decline a booking before confirmation, including where the Event is full, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious pricing error, or we cannot safely or appropriately accept the booking. If payment has been taken, we will refund it in full.

4. Price and payment

4.1 The ticket price is the total price shown before you pay. Payment must be made in full using the payment method offered at checkout.

4.2 We may offer early-bird prices, promotions or different ticket prices at different times. This does not affect a booking already confirmed and does not entitle an earlier purchaser to a later promotional price.

4.3 Your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is used in connection with bookings and payments.

5. Your 14-day cancellation period

5.1 We give you a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day after we send your booking confirmation. You may cancel during that period without giving a reason and receive a full refund, provided the Event has not already been fully delivered at your express request.

5.2 To cancel, email [email protected] and clearly state that you wish to cancel your Start With You booking. Include your name and booking email or order number so we can identify the booking. You do not have to use any particular form of words.

5.3 We will make any refund due under this section using the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise, and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling.

5.4 If the Event is scheduled within your 14-day cancellation period, we will ask for your express request to provide it during that period. If you attend the Event in full, the service will have been fully provided and the cancellation right under this section will end. If you cancel after delivery has begun but before it is complete, we may retain or charge a reasonable proportion for what has already been supplied where the law permits.

5.5 This section does not limit your legal rights if the Event is not supplied as agreed or with reasonable care and skill.

6. Cancellation after the 14-day period

6.1 After the 14-day period has ended, tickets are non-refundable if you cancel or cannot attend, including because of illness, childcare difficulties, travel disruption or other personal circumstances.

6.2 You may transfer your place to another person at no charge by emailing [email protected] with their full name and email address at least 48 hours before the Event. The replacement attendee must be aged 18 or over and agree to these Event Terms.

6.3 We may choose to offer a refund, credit or transfer in exceptional circumstances, but we are not obliged to do so. A decision made on one occasion does not change these terms for another booking.

7. If we cancel the Event or withdraw a place

7.1 We may cancel the Event where reasonably necessary, including because of circumstances outside our reasonable control or because the minimum number of attendees needed to run the Event has not been reached.

7.2 If we cancel the Event, we will refund the ticket price you paid in full within 14 days of notifying you. We are not responsible for separate costs such as travel, accommodation, parking or childcare, except where the law requires otherwise. We recommend that you do not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements.

7.3 We may refuse admission or withdraw a place where we reasonably consider this necessary because of a genuine safety concern, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, serious disruption, non-payment or a material breach of these terms. If we withdraw your place before the Event for a reason not caused by your conduct or breach, we will refund the ticket price in full.

8. Postponement and significant changes

8.1 If we postpone the Event or make a significant change, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible. A significant change includes changing the Event date or moving it to a venue that makes attendance materially more difficult.

8.2 Where there is a significant change, you may transfer your booking to the rearranged Event or cancel and receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. We will explain how and by when to make your choice.

8.3 A reasonable minor change, such as a small adjustment to the running time or a move to a suitable nearby venue, will not normally give rise to a refund unless it materially affects your ability to attend.

9. Attendance, conduct and the venue

9.1 Please arrive at the time stated in the Event information. We are not required to delay the Event or provide a refund if you arrive late or cannot attend because of personal or travel circumstances.

9.2 You must:

·    treat attendees, staff, speakers, photographers and venue personnel respectfully;

·    follow reasonable health and safety, accessibility, emergency and venue instructions;

·    avoid behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unsafe or seriously disruptive; and

·    not bring hazardous or unlawful items into the venue.

9.3 We may require you to leave if you seriously breach these requirements. Where removal results from your conduct, you will not normally receive a refund.

9.4 You are responsible for damage you deliberately cause, or cause by failing to take reasonable care, to the venue or another person's property.

9.5 Please take reasonable care of your belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage that we could not reasonably have prevented. This does not limit responsibility we have under the law.

10. Nature of the workshop

10.1 Start With You is a coaching and educational workshop designed to support reflection, self-trust, leadership and personal action. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, legal advice or financial advice and is not a substitute for support from an appropriately qualified professional.

10.2 You choose whether to take part in each exercise or discussion and will not be required to share personal information with the group. You may pause or choose not to participate in an activity that does not feel appropriate for you.

10.3 We will deliver the Event with reasonable care and skill, but individual experiences and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular personal, professional or financial result.

11. Group discussions and confidentiality

11.1 We ask every attendee to respect the privacy of others and not repeat another attendee's personal story or identifying information outside the Event without that person's permission.

11.2 Because this is a group Event, we cannot guarantee that every attendee will follow this request. Please share only what you are comfortable discussing in a group setting.

12. Workshop materials and intellectual property

12.1 Unless stated otherwise, the Event workbook, slides, exercises, recordings and other materials are owned by or licensed to Evoke & Lead Coaching Ltd.

12.2 Your ticket gives you permission to use supplied materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, publish, sell, share, distribute, teach from, adapt or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

13. Photography, filming and recording

13.1 Photography and filming may take place at the Event and may be used by Evoke & Lead Coaching Ltd to promote Start With You, future events and related services on our website, social media, email communications and printed or online promotional materials.

13.2 If you do not wish to be clearly identifiable in promotional photographs or footage, email [email protected] before the Event or tell us when you arrive. We will take reasonable steps to avoid deliberately photographing, filming or selecting clearly identifiable content featuring you. We may use designated seating or brief the photographer. We cannot promise that you will never appear incidentally in the distant background of general room footage, but we will respect a clear objection when selecting content for publication.

13.3 We may invite you to give feedback, a testimonial, a photograph or a recorded interview. Participation is optional. We will explain the intended use and obtain any additional permission required before publishing identifiable individual promotional content.

13.4 Attendees may take occasional photographs for personal use only where they have permission from every clearly identifiable person. Attendees must not film or audio-record private discussions, photograph another attendee's completed workbook, or reproduce Event materials without prior permission.

14. Accessibility, health and refreshments

14.1 Please email [email protected] as early as possible if you require a reasonable adjustment or support to participate. We will discuss your needs and confirm what can reasonably be provided.

14.2 If refreshments are supplied by the venue, attendees must ask venue staff for current ingredient and allergen information before ordering or consuming them. Neither we nor the venue promises an allergen-free environment. Please tell venue staff about any allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement.

14.3 Only provide health or accessibility information that is reasonably necessary to arrange your participation. We will handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

15. Travel and other costs

15.1 You are responsible for arranging and paying for travel, parking, accommodation, childcare and other costs connected with attending. Your ticket includes only what is expressly stated on the booking page or in the booking confirmation.

16. Our responsibility to you

16.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

16.2 We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

16.3 The Event is supplied to consumers for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings.

17. Personal information and Event emails

17.1 We use personal information to process and administer bookings, take payment, deliver the Event, arrange requested accessibility support, send important Event information, manage safety and comply with legal obligations. Further information is in our Privacy Notice at www.evokeandlead.com/legal.

17.2 We may use service providers where necessary to process payments, manage bookings, provide the venue or refreshments, take Event photographs or help deliver the Event. We do not give unrelated third parties your contact details for their own marketing.

17.3 Booking confirmations and essential Event administration emails are not marketing. Any option to receive general marketing will be presented separately and will not be a condition of buying a ticket.

18. Complaints and problems

18.1 If you have a concern, please email [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible and include your name, booking details and a short explanation. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

18.2 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. You may obtain independent information about those rights from Citizens Advice at www.citizensadvice.org.uk.

19. Events outside reasonable control

19.1 We are not responsible for delay, change or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and apply sections 7 or 8 where the Event cannot proceed as booked.

20. General terms

20.1 If a court or relevant authority finds that part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

20.2 If we do not enforce a term immediately, that does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.

20.3 The contract is between you and us. No other person has a right to enforce it, except a replacement attendee accepted under section 6 in relation to their attendance.

20.4 We may update these terms for future bookings. The version in force when your booking is confirmed will continue to apply to that booking.

21. Governing law and courts

21.1 These terms and the Event contract are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you.
